2. Services
Concoct Technologies provides web design & development, SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or statement of work.
3. Quotes & Payment
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit is required before work commences, as outlined in the project proposal.
- Payment terms are Net 14 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom designs, code, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective terms.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concoct Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date, and any deposits paid are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
